Refunds
All of our products and services are digital, which are non-refundable once a service and/or product(s) have either been provided, or have had work began on. For website listings, as stated, refunds are completely non-negotiable under any circumstance. Refunds for services, such as custom commissions, are available only up until progress has begun on the commission. For custom commissions that have are in progress, a refund may potentially be negotiated, only with the owner, Raff (raff29.). Please bear in mind that despite the fact that a refund may potentially be negotiated, a refund is not guaranteed.
